Overview
Wagstaff O’Gogg, a plain little mongrel, is tired of eating his owner’s diet food. He runs away and finds himself at the City Dog Pound, where he discovers to his surprise that all stray dogs are treated to a daily banquet. All manner of dogs are partying. He discovers a new, rewarding life when he decides to make his home at the Pound.
